A little about your chef, Steve Grindley. 

 

I have been a chef for a little more than 14 years.  I graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco in 1995.  I have cooked for foreign dignitaries, US Presidents & Hollywood movie stars.  I have worked as a catering chef, an executive pastry chef, as a baker and in the restaurant industry.  I have a very strong passion for the culinary field and would love to share my passion with you and your friends.

Steve Grindley has been employed full-time by our organization for the past 8 years, serving as a lead chef for nearly all of our more complicated and higher end events, as well as our head baker in charge of all development and production.

 

During that time Steve has been an outstanding employee. He has proven himself very dependable, exceptionally well organized and has employed his great understanding of food, presentation and service consistently throughout his career with us.

 

Steve has shown a great aptitude for leadership and professionalism with training and overseeing a large number of cooks and various other staff during events, while communicating and adhering to all our standards and policies.
